Google review link with QR code.

A link that takes customers straight to the review form. Plus the QR code to download and a card to print. Free, no sign-up, everything stays in your browser.

Ask all customers, not just happy ones, and do not offer anything in return for reviews. Both break Google's policies.

Enter your link or Place ID above. Your link, QR code and card will appear here.

Where do I find my Google review link?

Google gives you the link. Sign in with the account that manages your Business Profile and search Google for your business name. In the editing panel above the results you will find the option to ask for reviews (“Ask for reviews” or similar). It shows a short link, usually in the form g.page/r/…/review. Paste that link above.

If you have no access to the profile, the Place ID works too. It is the unique identifier of your Google Maps listing and starts with “ChIJ”. Google provides the Place ID Finder in its Maps Platform documentation: enter the business name, select the listing, copy the ID.

  • Short link from the profile: g.page/r/…/review
  • Place ID from the Place ID Finder: ChIJ…
  • A link containing placeid=ChIJ… works as well

Where should the QR code go?

Where customers wait for a moment with a phone in hand anyway: at the counter, at the till, in the waiting room, on the table, on the invoice or delivery note. Print the code large enough to scan reliably from half a metre. The card here is set for A6.

Test the printed code with two different phones. Only when both open the review form does it go on the wall.

What is allowed when asking for reviews?

It is allowed and sensible to ask all customers for an honest review and make it easy for them. Not allowed: rewards such as discounts or vouchers for reviews, bought or fake reviews, and only asking happy customers. This breaks Google's policies and can be misleading under German unfair competition law.

Frequently asked questions

Does the tool cost anything?

No. Link, QR code and card are free and need no sign-up. You may use the QR code and card freely, including in print.

Is my input stored?

Only in your own browser so you can continue later. Nothing is sent to us.

Does the QR code keep working?

Yes. The code only contains the link to your Google listing. As long as the listing exists, the code works, even if this page were ever unavailable.

Why do some customers see Google Maps first?

If the Maps app is installed, Google often opens the listing there. The review form then appears directly or after tapping “Write a review”.

More reviews as a fixed habit: the guide explains when and how to ask, with templates for email and WhatsApp.
